BUY AMERICAN!
As we continue to endure the pain of the recession, buying American is important to many of us. The 1500+ small micro-breweries in this country, like ours, produce the only genuinely domestic American beers on the market. Americans are spending nearly 15 billion annually on imported beers. This does not include the “big guys” we used to label “domestics” which are now headquartered in Belgium with Brazilian ownership / owned by SAB, South African Breweries.Remember - Beer has food value but food has no beer value!

Why micro-brewed beer in CANS? American micro-breweries are increasingly switching to aluminum cans for their packaging needs for the following reasons:#1 Reason: To Maintain Quality – beer in cans lasts longer & tastes better. Cans protect beer from light & oxidation. An “internal water-based coating” means the beer never touches aluminum. Beer will taste just as fresh as it does on draft. Customer Convenience – Cans chill quicker & stay cold longer than bottles. Cans are lighter and easier to handle, transport and recycle. Safety – Cans don’t shatter like glass. Cans may be taken where glass is not allowed. Environmentally Friendly – Aluminum is one of the most readily recycled packaging products in the world. |
